Refund and Exchange Policy

Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us right away at sales@esteelle.com.

  • Items can be exchanged for the same item but in a different size when available. We cannot issue refunds. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received.

Exchanges are available for the same item but in a different size. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that in an email to sales@esteelle.com. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process as store credit.
